About the Event
During pregnancy and postpartum our hormones are all over the place leading to changes in mood, our menstrual cycle and libido, which can be unsettling as we don't feel our 'normal' selves.
If you feel things are a bit out of whack since having your baby and you would like to find out more about how you can support yourself, however far along you are in your motherhood journey and no matter what age your child is, then our upcoming 'Hormone Rebalance Workshop' is for you!
Come and join us Tuesday 1st March, 11am at The Mill House Hertford, where I'll be joined by Nutritional Therapist, Jen Walpole, who will be leading a workshop on how to transition smoothly. We will discuss what the key female hormones are and how we know whether they are balanced, contraception, how to balance hormones naturally through diet and lifestyle plus offer hacks to make eating healthier achievable. Everyone attending will also recieve a Bare Biology Mums and Bumps Omega 3 (worth £19!).
This session forms part of the 5 week Postnatal Group which can be booked all together here, or this session can be booked invidually by selecting the ticket below.
As with all MamaHub events your little ones are of course welcome and there will be plenty of opportunity to meet other mums to chat and relax whilst enjoying a nice cup of tea or coffee because at the end of the day mama, you deserve it!
