This is a session to focus on you and your body after having a baby. Joined by a women’s health physio and a postnatal fitness instructor, we'll be chatting about the changes our body goes through and how to recover safely after childbirth.

About the Event
Postnatal Recovery and Women's Health. Something we don’t often prioritise, in some cases aren’t even aware of, or we simply might feel uncomfortable to talk about.
If this is you and you would like to know more about what is ‘normal’ in terms of postnatal recovery or have any concerns about your own body that you would like to ask the experts, then this upcoming event is for you!
On Tuesday 8th March at 11am I’ll be joined by Aby, a Women’s Health Physio, and Postnatal Fitness Expert, Lorna Catchpole at The Mill House in Hertford, for a morning of coffee and chat all about YOU.
The experts will be on hand to provide information on how to look after your body and recover safely after having a baby, including after a traumatic delivery or C-section and how to restrengthen your pelvic floor and core. They will also help provide advice to those who want to return to exercise postnatally. Perhaps you just want some reassurance around what to expect physically after having a baby or ask a specific question about your own recovery. Whatever your concern, however big or small, our experts will be on hand to help.
As with all MamaHub events your little ones are welcome and there will be plenty of opportunity to meet other mums to chat and relax whilst enjoying a nice cup of tea or coffee because at the end of the day mama, you deserve it!
