ONLINE Breastfeeding Expert Led Talk
If you're a new mum and starting the sometimes overwhelming journey of breastfeeding or perhaps you're a mum to be and would like to know your options for feeding when baby arrives then this is for you!

Time & Location
21 Jan 2021, 19:30 – 20:30
Online event via Zoom
About the Event
Together with Faye Sheppard from Herts Breastfeeding Support we will be cohosting an online talk covering all you need to help get beastfeeding off to the best possible start, including:
- Milk Harvesting
- How often your baby will need to feed
- How to know baby is getting enough milk
- How to know if baby is latched on correctly
- Different positions for feeding
- How to avoid sore nipples and mastitis
We will also cover expressing and bottle feeding, and like all MamaHub events there will be plenty of time to chat and ask questions.
Faye has over 10 years experience working within the NHS, supporting and offering advice to new mums on the postnatal wards and SCBU. Her wealth of knowledge and experience will provide support and advice, helping you feel confident and happy as you go forward on your feeding journey.
The event is informative yet relaxed and informal, which includes the expert led talk and the opportunity to ask your individual questions.
As with all our events this is a great opportunity to meet other new mums, so there will be plenty of time to chat and share experiences with eachother.
We look forward to seeing you then!
