About the Event

As a new mum we can feel pressure to return to our pre-baby bodies, and it's true that at some stage we do want to feel like our old selves again but this session is less about body image and more about recovery after pregnancy and childbirth, returning to fitness safely and the mental well-being benefits that exercise can have, especially for new mums. 

It will be an informative yet informal event, which will include an expert led talk and optional practical element demonstrating how to engage the pelvic floor and restrengthen the core. 

As with all our events this is a great opportunity to meet other new mums, so there will be plenty of time to chat, ask the expert your individual questions and share experiences with eachother.
