About the Event

This session is all about postnatal well-being and is led by Terri Nash who is a qualified member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and founder of The Sense Project.

During this session we talk about the expectation versus reality of having a baby, changes in relationships and discovering our identity as a new mum. We want to help to normalise the many feelings we experience when we become a parent and provide a safe space for new mums to share their own experiences and talk openly about the highs and lows of parenting without the fear of judgement.

It will be an informative yet informal event, which will include the expert led talk and opportunity ask questions.

As with all our events this is a great opportunity to meet other new mums, so there will be plenty of time to chat and share experiences with eachother.
