About the Event

Having a baby, whether for the first or fourth time, can be challenging and bring with it a rollercoaster of emotions. With so many aspects of our life changing it can be difficult to adapt, layer on top sleep deprivation or feeding issues, and we can be at our wits end but find hard to admit we're struggling.

We want to provide a safe space for mums to come together to be able to share their highs and lows of motherhood without fear of judgement.

Guided by counsellor, Terri Nash, from The Sense Project, we will talk about the signs and symptoms of postnatal depression and anxiety, the expectations of motherhood versus the reality, changes in relationships after baby arrives and how we see ourselves now we are mothers.

If you are struggling and would like to talk about your own experiences, or simply understand more about maternal mental health, then please come and join us on Tuesday 8th February, 11am at The Mill House Hertford.

As with all MamaHub events your little ones are welcome and there will be plenty of opportunity to meet other mums to chat and relax whilst enjoying a nice cup of tea or coffee - because at the end of the day mama, you deserve it!

If you have any questions about this or any other MamaHub event, please feel free to get in touch

We hope to see you there.
