MamaHub may use the contact details you provided as a form of communication with regards to MamaHub’s courses, workshops, future events, promotions or cancellations.

You have the right to withdraw from being contacted at any time. However, please note if doing so prior to an event you have booked, we will not be able to inform you of any changes or updates to said event.

The information we collect

A certain amount of personal data such as your name, email address, home address and telephone number, plus information relating to your baby’s due date/ date of birth are collected by us at the timing of booking.

This information is used to identify you and contact you about the upcoming courses or workshops you may have booked onto. We may also use this information to contact you about future events which we feel may be relevant.

When you visit the site, we also collect standard technical data such as your IP address, Computer Operating System, Website Browser and Screen Resolution.   We use this information to analyse general trends in site usage and to ensure our technical developments are compatible with the commonly used technology.  This ensures that we can provide you with the best user experience.


When you provide us with your personal information when booking a course or workshop, making payment or contacting us about our services, you are giving your consent to us collecting that information and using it for that specific reason.

We will not use your personal information for any secondary reason, like third party marketing, unless we have asked you directly for consent to do so.

Data handling & storage
Booking System

We use software called Wix Bookings to administer our online bookings. By booking through Wix Bookings your name, address, email, and phone-numbers plus details about your pregnancy/baby, is stored on a system which is accessible by MamaHub only. 

On booking you are also asked to agree to a list of booking terms and conditions.

Payment processing

We use an expert and secure 3rd party payment processor in order to collect payment from transactions made via our site.  

That payment processor also offers an option to save a card on their secure systems.  MamaHub never store or have full visibility of your payment details but can (on your request or in line with contractual rights) ask the payment processor to use the stored details to pay for a service.

That provider is contractually obliged to respect the rules of data privacy.

How your contact information is used

When booking you agree to your email and phone number being used by MamaHub to inform you on the upcoming event for example class changes or to  any other important information which may be relevant.

Your personal data used for communication purposes may also be stored electronically on a laptop or phone.

If you wish to alter any of your data, review how it is used or wish to request its return to you, please contact us in writing.


MamaHub work hard to ensure your personal information is held securely.

Data you input into our website is protected via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption, indicated by the padlock symbol in the top of our browser.

MamaHub uses a carefully selected, best in class, 3rd party partner to host your data.  The services upon which our booking platform is built are all EU-US Privacy Shield certified.

Cookies and IP addresses collected by this website

We may store information about you using cookies (files which are sent by us to your computer or other access device) which we can access when you visit our site in future. We may also collect your device’s IP address as part of the basic functioning of this website. We do this to allow the website to function properly and to collect anonymous information about how this website is used, through Google Analytics.
